Q: How do I secure an entry?

A: Complete the entry form, and press submit. You will receive an e mail by return with our bank details on it. Please transfer the full entry to secure your entry.

In the next 7 days you will receive an invoice for the total amount showing the entry paid.

Q: Is there a minimum age?

We suggest children over eight so they can read. Please provide the age of anyone under 18.

Q: What car can I bring?

A: As the route isn't timed but more about your observation, it doesn't matter what car you bring. Whether it is electric to vintage, you will compete against each other.  Something to bear in mind is that there will not be a mechanic on the event. You will need to have a crew of 2 people to participate.

Q: When is the balance due?

A: The balance is due at time of entry.

Q: Why is the entry non-refundable?

A: Should you have to cancel prior to 19th July a full refund will be made. Entries after this date but prior to 31st July 2024) will receive a 50% refund unless we can fill you place with a reserve entry (if there are any). After 31st July no refunds will be possible.

Q: Who is organising this event, who are the organisers?

A:  The route is created and developed by Venture Bound. Venture Bound is run by Elise Whyte one half of the Whyte Sisters Classic Rally Car Team.
