Venture Bound Like & Share Social Media Competition Rules

1. Eligibility

   1. The competition is open to all registered users of Social Media Platform, e.g., "Facebook", "Instagram", "Twitter".

   2. Employees and immediate family members of Venture Bound are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry

   1. Entry to the competition is free.

   2. To participate, users must 'like' the original competition post and 'share' it on their profile or story.

   3. Participants must ensure that their shared posts are set to 'public' so that they are visible to Venture Bound

   4. Each participant is allowed a single entry. Multiple shares from the same account will still count as one entry.

3. Competition Period

   1. The competition starts on 31st August 2023 and ends on 10th September 2023 at 23:59. All actions (like & share) must be completed within this period.

4. Judging

   1. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

   2. The decision of Venture Bound is final and binding.

5. Prizes

   1. The winner will receive a bottle of Piston Gin, Quest Drive route at coffee & cars morning, plus, a Quest Drive (route of your choice, to be used within 12 months).

   2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

   3. If the winner has already purchased the Quest Drive at the Coffee and Cars Morning they will be offered a refund or Venture Bound Credit to the same value. 

6. Winner Announcement

   1. The winner will be announced on 15th September 2023 on our "Facebook page”.

   2. Winners will also be contacted directly via Facebook direct message.

7. Data Privacy

   1. By participating, entrants agree that Venture Bound may use their profiles, names, and shared content for promotional purposes.

   2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Content Use

   1. By sharing the post, participants grant Venture Bound permission to reuse the shared content for promotional and marketing purposes.

9. General

   1. Venture Bound reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these rules or found to be using multiple accounts to enter.

   2. Venture Bound also reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the competition if circumstances demand.

10. Liability

    1. Venture Bound and its affiliates will not be responsible for any technical malfunctions, human errors, or losses in transmission.
