How to claim your voucher
Follow the steps below to claim your voucher.
1. Find the Quest Drive of your choice and add to checkout
2. In the promo code box enter your unique voucher code to claim. Code starts with ACTVY
3. Click checkout and you will be asked to provide your name and activation code.
4. You activation code can be found on your voucher and consists of 4 letters and 6 numbers. ABCD123456
5. After you have completed your selection and checkout, you will receive the route download.
6. You will be sent a Quest Drive ticket code within 24 hours of activation. (if you plan to do the route within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us).
7.Once your have received your ticket code, download the Quest Drive app. Available on both Apple and Android
8. Select your route and input the ticket code and download the route. You are now ready to begin your Quest. (we suggest you download the route with wifi).
9. Once you have downloaded the ticket code, you have 18 months to complete the route. The route can be completed anytime on any day, no need to book a specific time slot.
