• You must arrive 15 minutes before departure. The bus will leave on time
• At each venue you will be given a time to get back on the bus, it is your responsibility you are back in time.  
• If you are too intoxicated you will be refused travel and drink
• You must be over 18 years of age
• On arrival you may be require to show valid ID
• Any soiling will be charged
• Any verbal or physical abuse towards staff will not be tolerated and will result in you leaving the tour. 
• You must adhere to any Covid 19 restrictions in place

You have 18 months to redeem the voucher

You must book via the Venture Bound website

The amount of the voucher cannot be split/saved or exchanged for cash.

The voucher can only be redeemed once

If the entire voucher is not redeemed the remaining balance in non-refundable

I am bringing my friend but I don't like beer? 

As this is a beer tour, every ticket gets beer included. You can purchase different drinks at a discounted rate at each brewery. Please contact us if you are concerned.

What if I need to change my booking?

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately due to bus access, this tour is not suitable for wheelchairs, however, All venues are accessible. 

What if I am running late?

The tour departs at 1pm sharp. We recommend you arrived 15 minutes before to avoid missing this bus. If you arrive after 1pm the tour will have left. 

You must complete all steps before midnight on 5th June 2022. To be in with a chance of winning, you must follow Crafty Hoppers on Facebook/Instagram (and share the WIN post-Facebook only). Winner will be chosen randomly and announced on 06/05/2022 on all social media platforms. You will only be entered in the competition once. VB will contact the winner via the platform they entered on and have 7 days to respond before a new winner is chosen. The winner can choose whichever size from S-XL and Male or Female fit, once ordered the size cannot be changed. This is a UK competition, prize can only be shipped to a UK address.
